Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental U.S.A. (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.).
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands), and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) will incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and loungewear, we only accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging. Some items, such as panties and bodysuits, are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Payments
